We are not responsible for your packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please be sure you are shipping to a secure location or upgrade shipping to include insurance. Please contact your local Post Office for any issues with your package once it is marked "delivered."
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees that we incur from the Post Office.
Most of our orders ship within 1-2 business days from our location in Louisville, Kentucky. You will receive tracking information once your item has shipped.
We allow in-store credit for returned items within 5 days of receipt of item. Please be sure to contact us via email (email@example.com) to request exchange. Once approved, items must be shipped back to our location within 5 days of initial contact. Items must be in brand new condition, unworn, unwashed and free of any odor. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange should condition of item not be in new condition.
